This is one of the best salad & dressing combinations I have ever done. Fantastically delicious.

  • Kale
  • Roasted Carrots
  • Roasted heirloom cherry tomatoes
  • Marinated, baked tofu
  • Water-packed artichoke hearts
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Red wine vinegar pickled red onions

Dressing:

  • Tomato paste
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh parsley
  • Dried oregano & thyme
  • Salt & pepper
  • Agave syrup
  • Garlic clove
