  • Shallots
  • Oven dried chickpeas
  • Dried tart cherries

Dressing:

  • Harissa
  • Tomato paste
  • Dijon mustard
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Pomegranate molasses
  • Smoked paprika
  • Cumin
  • Coriander
  • Salt
  • Za’atar
